Novations Food Consulting Inc was born in 2016, with the goal to provide the Food Industry with innovative and customized solutions and services.

NFC has over 13 year hands-on experience and expertise in the Food Industry in the areas of Product Development & Commercialization, Technical Services, Quality Management and Project Management with in-depth knowledge of Canadian Food Regulations, HACCP & FSEP, Nutrition Analysis, Ingredient Functionality, Ingredient Replacement/Substitution,  Product Performance and Sensory Evaluation.
